Since 1964, the Charlotte Community Association has worked to keep Charlotte safe, vibrant, and welcoming. As one of Rochester’s oldest neighborhood groups, we bring residents and stakeholders together to share ideas, solve problems, and celebrate what makes Charlotte unique. Our mission is to preserve Charlotte’s maritime and cultural heritage while building a strong future as a destination to live, work, and visit.
